Just spotted 33 Gamble Ave and curious about nearby amenities

I'm really interested in 33 Gamble Ave because of how walkable the area seems on Google Maps. Can anyone share what kind of shops or parks are close by? Also, what's the TTC access like for getting downtown from there? I'm trying to get a feel for the neighborhood.
