Love the area around 345 Lonsdale Rd, what’s it like at street level?

I’m downsizing and 345 Lonsdale Rd caught my eye. It seems close to some great shops and parks, but I’d love to hear more about the walkability and nearby amenities. Is it easy to get around on foot or access transit from there?
