Experiences with the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown?

I'm considering using the GO Train for my commute from Mississauga to downtown Toronto. How reliable is the schedule, and what's the frequency of trains? Also, is the monthly GO pass worth it for daily travel? I'd love to hear about your experiences!
