Is 1011 lansdowne ave a good spot for getting to downtown quickly?

I’m eyeing a place at 1011 Lansdowne Ave and curious about the commute to downtown. How's TTC service like for heading to Union Station? Do the streetcars run often enough, especially in the evenings? I’m hoping for easy access to bike lanes too!
