Checking out 55 Montclair Ave, how’s the park access in the area?

I’m curious about 55 Montclair Ave because I love being close to green spaces. I’ve heard there are some nice parks nearby, but how easy is it to walk to them? Also, how’s the transit situation for getting around the city?
