Does 150 The Donway W have good transit options for downtown travel

Looking into 150 The Donway W for my family, and I'm curious about TTC access. How easy is it to get to downtown? Any nearby subway or bus routes that work for a daily commute? Also, what's the biking situation like around there? Safety and convenience for kids is key for us.
