$2000 for a 2BR in Scarborough - Is it a good deal?

I found a 2BR apartment for $2000 in Scarborough, and I'm not sure if it’s a fair price or if I'm missing something. It seems reasonably priced, but the listing mentions some recent renovations and includes parking. Is this actually a good deal?
