I've been loving the Riverside area around 50 Matilda St! It's super walkable with plenty of cute cafes and shops just steps away. Plus, the TTC accessibility is fantastic with the Dundas streetcar stop nearby, making it easy to get into downtown or just enjoy the local parks and vibes!
