Price check: $1950 for 1BR in Leslieville - fair deal or too steep?

I found a 1BR unit for $1950 in Leslieville, which is a trendy area with lots of cafes and parks. It seems a bit pricey for 600 sq ft, but it includes heat and water. Is this a good deal or am I missing something? Would love to hear your thoughts!
