Considering 79 Clearview Hts for easy access to downtown via TTC

Hi all, I'm looking at 79 Clearview Hts and wondering about its transit perks for commuting downtown. How's the subway access nearby? Also, are there good bike lanes for a quick ride? Any insights about bus frequencies after hours would be super helpful too!
