Trying to understand transit from 40 Delisle Ave for downtown trips

Hey, I'm considering moving to 40 Delisle Ave and I'm curious about how easy it is to hop on the TTC for trips downtown. How's the walk to the subway or streetcar? Any bike lanes nearby for a quick ride? Also, how often do the buses run during rush hour?
