Living at 15 Rockford Rd and biking to downtown: what's it like?

I’m considering 15 Rockford Rd for my next place and I’m curious about biking to downtown. Are there good bike lanes nearby? Also, what’s the closest subway or streetcar stop? I want to keep transit options flexible for my daily trips. Thanks!
