What's transit like from 38 Andover Cres to downtown toronto?

I'm looking at 38 Andover Cres for my new place and I'm curious about the TTC options for getting downtown. Is it a quick bus or streetcar ride? If I bike, are there good lanes nearby? Any tips on making the commute smooth would be super helpful!
