3 months in East York - surprising and cozy

Quick update since people asked! I've been in East York for 3 months now, and it’s been mostly great. I expected it to be quieter but found a vibrant community with excellent parks. However, transit options aren't as good as I hoped. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for families!
