Living near 725 eglinton ave w for my downtown job - worth it?

I'm checking out 725 Eglinton Ave W since I work downtown. How easy is it to hop on the subway from there, and what’s the transit vibe like? Also, any thoughts on bike lanes nearby for a quick cycle to the station? Trying to make my car-free life work!
