Living near 105 kenwood ave and getting to downtown jobs easily?

I'm looking at 105 Kenwood Ave and wondering how it works for daily commutes downtown. Is there good access to the subway or streetcars? Also, how’s walking to those stops—especially during rush hour? Appreciate any insights into local bike lanes too!
