Hey everyone! I'm planning to move to Toronto in January and I'm trying to stick to a tight budget. Can anyone suggest affordable neighborhoods outside the downtown core? I’ve heard about areas like East York and Scarborough but I’m unsure about prices. What should I be expecting for rent? Thanks!
