Found 650 Briar Hill Ave, curious about local spots and transit

Looking at 650 Briar Hill Ave, and I’m intrigued by the area! How’s the access to the TTC from there? Also, any cool cafes or shops nearby? I love a walkable area with local amenities, and I want to make sure I’m close to everything I need.
