Are bidding wars still happening in Toronto in 2025?

I'm really curious about the current rental competition in Toronto. Are bidding wars still common, or has the market cooled down a bit? Do I still need to offer more than the asking rent to secure a place, or is it more relaxed now? Any insights would be appreciated!
