Checking out 2 Milepost Pl and curious about transit access

I came across 2 Milepost Pl and I'm intrigued by its proximity to transit options. How easy is it to catch the TTC from there? Also, are there any cool parks or cafes nearby? Just trying to get a feel for what living around there would be like, especially for someone who walks a lot.
