Checking out 10 Hogarth Ave and curious about local hangouts

I stumbled upon 10 Hogarth Ave and I'm intrigued by the area. I noticed it's close to some parks and shops, but I'd love to hear more about what's around for casual dining and community spots. Also, how's transit access to downtown from there? Seems like a cool neighborhood.
