5 Capri Rd transit options for downtown commute and bike lanes?

Hey everyone! I'm considering a short-term rental at 5 Capri Rd and want to know how easy it is to get downtown using the TTC. Are there good bike lanes nearby, and how’s the walkability to transit? I’m looking for a reliable way to commute for work, preferably car-free.
