Curious about the area around 2 Milepost Pl for work-life balance

I'm looking at 2 Milepost Pl and I love that it’s close to the subway. Does anyone know how walkable the area is for grabbing coffee or running errands? Also, are there any good parks nearby for a quick weekend escape?
