Finding out about transit from 2868 Keele St to downtown toronto

I'm considering moving to 2868 Keele St and want to know about the TTC options for getting downtown. How's the subway access from there? Also, are there safe bike lanes nearby for commuting? Would love to hear any tips on the local transit scene!
