5 Jansusie Rd: does the walkability hold up on busy weekends?

I'm checking out 5 Jansusie Rd and can't help but wonder how crowded the streets get on weekends. Is it easy to stroll to parks or cafes nearby, or does it turn into a hectic area? Also, how's the TTC access for those lazy brunch days? Any gems close by I should know about?
