Is 30 Burn Hill Rd good for a quick downtown commute on transit

Looking at 30 Burn Hill Rd for my next place, but I need to know how the TTC will get me downtown. How close are the nearest subway and streetcar stops? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those days I want to ride instead? Any feedback on walkability would be great!
