Spotted 20 aurora crt – anyone know about local parks nearby?

Considering 20 Aurora Crt for me and my pup! I love being close to green spaces. How walkable is the area for dog walks and are there any nice parks or trails nearby? Also, is the TTC easily accessible for getting around? Thanks!
