Looking at 11 catford rd, any cool spots close by?

I’m eyeing 11 Catford Rd for a potential rental. Is there good walkability in the area? I work downtown and want to know if there are local cafés or parks nearby. Also, how's the transit access for getting to the subway? Seems like the area is changing a bit!
