Is 18 Tichester Rd a good spot for TTC access to downtown jobs?

I'm looking at 18 Tichester Rd and wondering how it fits for my daily trips downtown. What's the nearest subway or streetcar stop like? I bike too—are there good bike lanes around? Also, how’s the walkability in the area for grabbing transit quickly?
