65 Forest Manor Rd has me curious about local parks and transit access

I stumbled across 65 Forest Manor Rd and it looks like a good spot. I'm really eyeing the nearby parks for some green space and how accessible the TTC is from there. Anyone know if it’s easy to catch a bus or subway nearby? Also, any nice cafes around?
