Stumbled upon 11 Anglesey Blvd, curious about local spots nearby

Thinking about moving to 11 Anglesey Blvd and I love that it's close to parks and has easy access to the TTC. Are there any favorite cafes or shops in the area people usually recommend? Also, is it a walkable neighborhood for daily errands?
