Talk me out of signing this lease - $2200 for a 1BR apartment

I’m considering a lease for a $2200 1BR in a nice neighborhood, but it feels a bit steep for my budget. The pros are location and amenities, but I’m unsure about committing to such a price. Should I hold out for something cheaper? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
