Thinking about 65 Thorncliffe Park Dr for transit to downtown life

I'm considering moving to 65 Thorncliffe Park Dr and need to know how the TTC options look for getting downtown. Are streetcars or buses frequently running? Also, how's the walking distance to these stops? Any insights on bike lanes in the area would be great too!
