Living at 30 Eppleworth Rd and getting to downtown via ttc

I'm considering moving to 30 Eppleworth Rd and need to know how long apartments usually last on the market. With GO trains and subway access nearby, how do people feel about the commute to downtown? What’s it like walking to the nearest streetcar or bus stop?
