197 Vaughan Rd sounds interesting, but what's around there for food?

I’m checking out 197 Vaughan Rd and could use a food rec. Anyone know if there are solid spots for takeout or a relaxing cafe? I’m a big fan of walkable neighborhoods with good eats, so that’s a must for me even if the place itself is decent.
