Anyone living near 2377 lake shore blvd w share your thoughts?

I’m really liking what I see at 2377 Lake Shore Blvd W but could use some insights. How is the neighborhood for getting groceries or good eats? What’s it like for transit around there, especially getting downtown? Any info on the local character would be great!
