Checking out 570 Bay St and the local coffee scene nearby

I've got my eye on 570 Bay St and I’m curious about the local coffee shops. Is it easy to get around on foot, and how's the crowd around there? I love being close to good cafes and transit options, but I’m not looking to pay through the nose for it!
