68 Fifteenth St thoughts on local shops and transit connections?

I’m really excited about the prospect of moving to 68 Fifteenth St! I love the look of the building but would love to hear about the nearby groceries and restaurants. Also, how's the transit situation around there? Any recommendations on local spots I shouldn’t miss?
