Living near 60 Gloucester St - is it good for a downtown commute?

I'm checking out 60 Gloucester St and I'm curious about the TTC routes nearby. With work in the Financial District, how easy is it to get to Union Station? Also, are there bike lanes for those days I feel like cycling? Appreciate any insights on commuting options from there!
