Need to break my lease early - what are my options?

I’m really stressed because I'm stuck in my lease and facing eviction. I need to leave due to personal issues but can’t afford penalties. Is there a way to break my lease without a penalty? Can I sublet or find a N11 agreement? I’m looking for any help or strategies to get out early!
