Anyone know the scene around 3266 Weston Rd and nearby transit options?

I’ve been looking at 3266 Weston Rd and I really like the look of the building! Just curious about the local scene—how’s the public transit from there? Also, are there decent grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance? I want to get a feel for the neighbourhood character.
