Is 2767 dundas st w convenient for commuting downtown via ttc?

Just pulled up 2767 Dundas St W and wondering about commuting to downtown for work. How quick is it to get to the subway or streetcar? Also, are there good bike lanes around if I decide to cycle instead? Any tips on walkability would be appreciated!
