Is living at 505 Cummer Ave good for getting downtown via transit?

I'm considering moving to 505 Cummer Ave and want to know how easy it is to get downtown for work. How's the nearby bus service and do I have quick access to subway or streetcar? Would love to hear about walkability and bike lanes in the area too!
