Spotted a gem at 32 Clayland Dr, curious about the local parks?

Looking at 32 Clayland Dr for a potential move and I’m intrigued by the green spaces in the area. I’m a walker, so I’m hoping there are nice parks nearby. Also, what's the TTC access like? Trying to get a feel for how easy it is to get around. Any thoughts?
