Wondering about transit access near 101 Lawton Blvd for downtown commute

I'm new to Toronto and looking to rent at 101 Lawton Blvd. I want to know how easy it is to get to downtown for work. Are subway stations close by? Also, what's the bike lane situation like around there? Any tips on the best routes or transit options would be super helpful!
