Looking at 4340 Bathurst St and I love that it’s close to transit. I’ve heard there are some nice parks nearby—does anyone know how walkable the area is for everyday stuff like grocery shopping? I'm trying to stick to a budget, so any tips on nearby amenities would be appreciated!
