I'm considering a lease for a $2200 1BR apartment in the city. Pros: close to work, trendy area with lots of amenities. Cons: higher rent than my budget, slightly noisy. Iām hesitant because I want to save more for future plans. Help me decide if it's worth it or if I should keep looking!
