46 Panorama Crt and access to the subway for downtown office life

I'm looking at 46 Panorama Crt and trying to gauge how easy it would be to get downtown for work. How's the TTC service around here, especially for catching the subway? Also curious about bike lanes if I want to cycle to Union Station instead!
