Living at 1002 lawrence ave e and getting to downtown easily?

I'm eyeing 1002 Lawrence Ave E and love that it's near some transit options. I work downtown and need to know how quick the bus or subway is during peak hours. Any insights on bike lanes around here? It’d be great to hear how easy it is to get around car-free!
