Feeling cornered by hostile renoviction tactics!

I’m really worried my landlord is trying to force me out with these bizarre renovation plans. Why are they changing my lease terms? Is it illegal to evict me for renovations? How can I fight back against this renoviction? I can’t believe this is happening! What are my rights? I'm so frustrated!
